We have a number of rooms in Canterbury available to rent. The houses are all licensed HMOs (Houses of Multiple Occupancy) that meet all necessary safety requirements*.

Rooms are rented on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement giving you full security. We offer low deposits. As well as your room you will have access to the communal areas including a kitchen, lounge, two bathrooms and a garden. The communal areas are shared with up to five other tenants.

The houses are well maintained and include modern fixtures and fittings including cooking and laundry facilities.

The rooms are available unfurnished or part furnished depending on your requirements (we can supply a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk if required).

*All houses are licensed HMOs by Canterbury City Council and have advanced fire alarm systems, carbon monoxide detectors, are fully electrically inspected and have annual Gas Safety certification.
